Return Policy |
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make at Creative Castle. If you are not satisfied you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of the shipment's receipt.
Personalized printed products, special orders, samples and Webkinz are non-refundable.
To return an item to Creative Castle:
If you live in Connecticut, you can bring the merchandise back to our retail location at 715 Post Road Fairfield, Connecticut. If not, simply follow the instructions below.
Contact us using the CONTACT US FORM on this website within 15 days of receiving the item so we can give you a return authorization number.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received it.
Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item. Include the packing slip in your shipment and write on the back the reason for the return.
If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number, email address, phone number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper and enclose it in your package.
Returns must be in resalable condition in the manufacturers original UNOPENED packaging. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
For your protection you should return the item with an insured and trackable courier like UPS or FedEx. If you choose to use the USPS you must purchase insurance and delivery confirmation. Retain the receipt the courier gives you so you can contact them in case something happens to your return in transit.
We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

Any returns without prior authorization or sent to the incorrect address will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
We'll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we process your return.
Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Is the item you want to return a gift? Indicate that you want to receive an e-mail gift certificate valid for the item's amount and note your e-mail address on the packing slip.
Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error by Creative Castle, we cannot refund any shipping charges.

Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem immediately. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the package for further instructions.
If your item is damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us within 5 days of the date you received it. The carrier will need to see all original packaging to confirm damage in transit and validate returns.
